How do I redeem a voucher when booking a stay?

1. Make a reservation and select the “payment by bank transfer” rate when redeeming the voucher.
2. State in the booking notes that you wish to redeem a previously purchased voucher.
3. Enter the voucher number in the notes.
4. The reception will send you a payment request with the voucher value deducted.
5. Make the payment.
6. Enjoy your stay.
