HOW TO REDEEM A VOUCHER

The voucher can only be used to book a stay and redeem services before its expiry date. The voucher is valid for 2 years, and the expiry date is stated on the voucher.
You will receive the purchased voucher within 24 hours of payment confirmation as a PDF sent to the email address of your choice.
