Voucher redemption rules

1/ choose a resort and the date of stay in the booking engine – only the “payment by transfer” rate can be used to redeem the voucher

2/ at the last step of the booking (filling in the contact details), write in the field “Your special requirements” that you want to redeem a voucher already purchased and indicate the number of the voucher purchased

3/ The reception will send you a payment request based on this information, less the voucher value

4/ pay

5/ enjoy a carefree stay
