Select the resort where you wish to redeem the special discounted voucher, write a personal dedication to be displayed on the voucher, and specify the quantity. You will receive the purchased voucher within 24 hours as a PDF file sent to the email address of your choice.
What can this type of discounted voucher be used for?
The voucher can only be redeemed at one selected resort for accommodation (a specified number of nights) and services predefined according to the chosen resort. The accommodation and services can only be used on the days and during the months specified separately for each resort. The discounted voucher must be redeemed in full at one time.
Voucher validity: 2 years.
The voucher can only be used to book a stay and redeem services before its expiry date. The voucher is valid for 2 years, and the expiry date is stated on the voucher.

By using the discounted voucher, its holder agrees to the General Accommodation Terms and Conditions and the resort’s pricing policy, which are available on the relevant website. To redeem the discounted voucher, a prior reservation is required. The reservation may be made by calling the selected resort, through [www.amenity.cz](http://www.amenity.cz) or through [www.hotel-bouda-helena.cz](http://www.hotel-bouda-helena.cz). The voucher number must be entered in the notes field.
The voucher holder is not entitled to receive a cash payment equal to the value of the voucher instead of redeeming it.
The purchase of this discounted voucher, which may only be used for predefined services and accommodation during the months and on the days specified in advance for the relevant resort and provided by Amenity Resorts s.r.o., is handled in accordance with the second sentence of Section 20a(2) of the Value Added Tax Act. Amenity Resorts s.r.o. is therefore not required to declare VAT or issue a tax document on the date the payment is received. The issued document serves solely and exclusively as proof of payment of the voucher price and may not be used for the purpose of claiming a VAT deduction.
